Advertising Standards Authority - Boiler Optimiser Complaint

Callidus Design was appointed by the Advertising Standards Authority to provide an Expert Report in relation to a complaint made against the manufacturer of a Boiler Control Optimiser. The report addressed the complaints made by a third party and the subsequent responses of the Optimiser manufacturer to the said complaints. The conclusion of the report made recommendations on whether the complaints should be upheld or rejected taking full account of the manufacturer’s responses.
